How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.
The Netherlands
- Standard Delivery (PostNL): 5–8 business days
- Quick Delivery (PostNL Express): 1–2 business days
International
- DHL Standard: 7–25 business days
- DHL Express: 2–7 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
DHL shipments include full tracking. PostNL Express includes tracking.
Are customs duties and taxes included?
No. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchanges are subject to availability
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I choose the right size?

What does “one size” mean?
Our one-size styles are designed to fit:
- EU sizes 34–42
- UK sizes 6–14
They offer a relaxed, elegant fit rather than a tight silhouette.
Do you offer fitted sizes?
Yes, selected styles are available in S, M, and L.
If a garment is fitted, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
How long are the dresses?
- Long dresses: 62 inches
- Short dresses: 38 inches
Length is measured from shoulder to hem.

Our garments are produced in limited quantities with careful attention to detail.
Minor variations in pattern placement or finish may occur and are part of the design.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may be restocked, but availability is not guaranteed due to limited production runs.

- Cool iron only, if needed
- Dry clean recommended for best results
Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics, we strongly advise professional dry cleaning to maintain the garment’s structure and longevity.
