Returns & Exchanges
ZIKORA does not offer refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges for eligible items.
Exchange Policy
- Items may be exchanged for a different size or item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Alterations / Adjustments
Because our garments are crafted with specialty fabrics and tailored silhouettes, alterations or size adjustments after purchase are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace your item at no additional cost.
