Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours after purchase.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

Netherlands

• Standard Delivery (PostNL): €7.95 (1–3 business days)
• Express Delivery (PostNL Express): €12.95 (next business day)

 

International (Worldwide)

Standard International Shipping: €14.95
Delivery in 6–12 business days

Express International Shipping (DHL Express): €29.95
Delivery in 2–5 business days

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays.

Additional Notes

• Processing time (48 hours) does not include weekends or holidays.
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
• Tracking will be provided for all DHL shipments and for PostNL Quick Delivery.
• Standard PostNL shipments may offer limited tracking depending on the destination.
