These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website.
Zikora  reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

 

 Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete personal information
  • Have the legal right to use the chosen payment method

 

 Products & Descriptions

We aim to display all products as accurately as possible.
However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • All garments are handmade and may feature natural variations
  • Measurements are approximate

These variations are not considered defects.

 

 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • A product being in your cart does not reserve it.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you immediately.

 

 Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay
  • Paypal
  • Credit Cards

Payments must be completed before orders are processed.
Your payment information is handled securely by our third-party providers.

 

 Order Processing

  • All orders require a processing time of up to 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification once dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

 

 Shipping

Domestic (Netherlands)

  • Standard Delivery via PostNL
  • Express Delivery via PostNL

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping via DHL
  • Express International Shipping via DHL

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.

 Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the garment:

  • Is unworn and unwashed
  • Has original tags attached
  • Is free of makeup, perfume, or damage

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.

 

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • All import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Zikora is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.

 

 Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, designs, text, and graphics is the property of Zikora and protected by copyright laws.

 Limitation of Liability

Zikora is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in fabric, colour, or pattern

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
